The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends exclusive breastfeeding for the first 6 months of life as the best option for babies. At BFF, we believe that breastfeeding is the most beautiful gift you can give to your baby. Breast milk not only provides all the essential nutrients a baby needs during the first 6 months of life, but also protects the baby from infections, allergies, and strengthens their immune system. Additionally, breastfeeding creates a special, unbreakable bond between mother and child that lasts a lifetime.

As your baby grows, the WHO recommends introducing safe and nutritionally appropriate complementary foods starting at six months, while continuing breastfeeding until the second year or beyond. If you are using infant formulas, it is always important to consult with a pediatrician to make the best decision for your baby. The introduction of non-dairy foods should be gradual, in line with your baby’s needs and under the guidance of your pediatrician.
